1. The service
OmniTool provides free, browser-based utilities. No registration is required and no fee is charged. We may add, change, suspend or remove any tool at any time without notice, and we do not guarantee that the site will be available continuously or without interruption.
2. Acceptable use
You may use OmniTool for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial. You may not:
- Use the site or its tools to break any applicable law, or to infringe anyone's rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting infrastructure, or any connected system.
- Interfere with the site's operation, including by automated scraping at a rate that degrades service for others.
- Republish the site's content or code as your own, or present a copy of it as an original service.
- Remove, obscure or interfere with advertising displayed on the site.
- Use the security-related tools to test systems you do not own or have written permission to test.
3. Your content
You keep all rights in anything you enter into a tool. We claim no licence over it and could not exercise one if we did: the content never reaches us, because processing happens in your browser.
You are responsible for what you process. If your employer or a contract restricts where certain data may be handled, satisfying yourself that browser-local processing meets that requirement is your responsibility — the privacy policy describes precisely how the tools behave so you can make that judgement.
4. Intellectual property
The design, text, code and branding of OmniTool are owned by us and protected by copyright. You may link to any page freely. You may not copy substantial parts of the site's content or source code for republication, redistribution, or to build a competing service, without written permission.
Output produced by a tool — a generated password, a formatted document, a converted image, a calculated figure — is yours to use without restriction or attribution.
Third-party open-source libraries used by the site remain subject to their own licences.
5. No warranty
OmniTool is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
We take care to implement each tool correctly, but we do not warrant that results are accurate, complete or suitable for any particular purpose, nor that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted. Verify anything important independently before relying on it — particularly financial calculations and anything security-related.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the site — including any decision made in reliance on a tool's output.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
7. Third-party links and advertising
The site displays advertisements and may link to external websites. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, products, privacy practices or accuracy. A link or an advertisement is not an endorsement. Any dealing you have with an advertiser is between you and them.
8. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The revision date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
